ITECA designs and realizes large automatic plants for the production of the finest pastries as scones, cookies, brownies and macarons. Plants dedicated to this wide product range require, after proofing, to be laminated like scones, to be extruded like cookies or to be deposited like brownies. The product is placed upon baking trays suitably designed by our technical office and conveyed to baking. After this phase, products are cooled inside an automatic chamber and, after being depanned, they are conveyed to be cut in single-portion as brownies cake, enrobed and decorated -as scones- and then to be packaged.
